News Americas Publisher Discusses Caribbean Community On NY 1

News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Aug. 30, 2013: News Americas Now publisher, Felicia Persaud, was among a four member panel of Caribbean American journalists who joined New York 1’s Errol Lewis on August 28, 2013 for a spotlight on the issues affecting the Caribbean community in New York City.

The four member panel also included Caribbean journalist Tony Best, Rennie Bishop of WWRL 1600 AM radio and Gary Pierre-Pierre of the Haitian Times. The focus on the importance of the bloc came ahead of the annual West Indian American Day carnival in Brooklyn, NY.
